Mental Health Monday: Positivity Part 2

How about some positivity for this week’s Mental Health Monday post!


Tell me, what is your number one reason to wake up each day?

(That’s meant to sound positive, not like ‘man, what do I have to even get out of bed for today?’, and more like ‘man, I’m so glad I get to get out of bed to _____ today!’

  1. My number one reason to wake up is because someone has to wake the kids up on a school day. 🙂

    But if I use the provided sentence it’s more like,
    ‘man, I’m so glad I get to get out of bed to go to the toilet today!’
    Ok that’s a bit weak but I only just got out of bed and I’m reading your post, how about that?

    You’re making me think, because getting up in the morning is something I do without thinking. I guess it’s a positive habit, and hey, I think that’s a positive thing.

      It takes a bit more oomph for me to do it some days, and the positive things make it easier!
